This new home included a traditional kitchen with splashes of color which make the space feel bright and welcoming, you can’t help but smile when you walk into the room. This home as a victim of a fire that left it in a state of non-repair. After complete demolition of the original home our team worked closely with the owners to design a new home that fit on the tight property and met all the wants and needs for a home, they could age in place together in. The style for this project was Country/Traditional with some colorful interests thrown in to make it personal to the owners. As a retired couple they enjoy entertaining friends and wanted a home that they could continue this lifestyle but also a home with primarily first floor living. This kitchen provides everything that they needed and wanted, and the open concept to the family room was ideal for both entertaining and daily living. These main living areas also had direct access to the large outdoor covered area and the pool where they spend a great deal of their time during the spring, summer, and fall.
