This project consisted of tearing down an old existing garage and rebuilding a new garage in its place with the new screen porch added on the backside serving the rear patio and pool areas. This screen porch is built using a combination of common lumber and cedar with the primary finish wood being the cedar. The mixture of textures and finishes on the inside of the porch coupled with sounds of the waterfall in the background creates a character that blends so well with the outdoors surroundings you feel as though you have escaped to a mountain retreat.
