This house had a major first floor remodel. We repainted the walls and trim. Replaced the stair railing with beautiful iron railing and refinished existing wood floors and stairs. The old covered porch was converted into a sunroom open to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen now has a large island with bar seating. We added wood shiplap to the dining room fireplace and added cedar columns, beams and a mantle to a new stone fireplace in the sitting area, which was the old covered porch. This was a fabulous remodel job!
